当スクール予約システムのご利用にあたりましては、必ず下記の利用規定および個人情報の取扱いをご覧ください。なお、お申込みいただきました場合は、既読・未読の如何に関わらず下記に同意いただけたものとします。

●受講中の事故等では応急処置をいたしますが、それ以外は一切の責任を負いかねます。

レッスンのキャンセルについては、レッスン開催日の前日を1日前と数え、下記の通り取扱いさせていただきます。

※お客様のご都合によるキャンセルの場合は、振り込み手数料を差し引かせていただきます。
※初日開始時間までに、お越しにならない場合はレッスンキャンセルとして扱わせていただきます。
